Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) Notice

If you are a Customer located in the United States, you are entitled under 47 U.S. Code § 222 and Aircall has a duty to protect the confidentiality of certain information about your voice communication that we collect about you while providing our services. This information is defined under 47 U.S. Code § 222 as Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI).
What is CPNI?
CPNI is information that is made available to us solely because of our relationship with you and includes details about the telecommunications services you purchase, such as the type, destination, technical configuration, location and amount of use of those services, as well as related billing information.
Your CPNI does not include your name, address, phone number, or the content of your phone calls, nor information about non-telecommunications services you purchase, such as messaging. CPNI also does not include aggregated information that is not specific to you.
How do we use your CPNI?
Under federal law, you have the right to approve or disapprove certain uses of your CPNI.
We use your CPNI only for purposes within the scope of normal business operations, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, which does not require your approval. In particular, we may use your CPNI to:
Provide the services you purchase, and respond to your queries;
Communicate with you about service updates, offers, and promotions;
Provide you with personalised content and advertising related to the services you have already purchased that may be of interest to you;
Address network integrity and security issues;
Investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, breaches of our terms of service or acceptable use policies.
If at any point in the future we wish to use your CPNI for other purposes that require your approval, we will give you the option to approve or disapprove those uses.
Who do you share my CPNI with?
We may share your CPNI without your approval with our affiliates, agents, partners and third parties acting as our service providers who carry out activities on our behalf for the purposes mentioned above. We do not sell or otherwise disclose your CPNI to third parties not working for us.
