Never request a credit card number

With Voxpay, customers enter their payment card details using their phone’s touchtone keypad (DTMF) during a call with the agent or via Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Alternatively, payment card details can also be entered on a web payment form, with the link sent by SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

This means credit card numbers are no longer visible or audible to agents, allowing your contact centre to be PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.

Enhance customer and agent experience

During the payment process, the agent never sees or hears payment card details. At the same time, agents and customers remain in full voice contact throughout the payment. The agent can monitor the payment via their secure interface and can support the customer effectively until the transaction is complete.
