Use the Aircall phone within Kommo

The Aircall phone is natively integrated into Kommo, making it easy for your team to make and receive calls from the tool they use every day. Stop your team from switching between apps and help them focus on closing deals.

Clicking on a phone number in Kommo will open the Aircall app, making outbound calling as seamless as possible.

Log call activity in Kommo

Every call made with Aircall is logged under the lead’s profile in Kommo. Keep track of everything that happens with the lead. The date, time, type of call, duration, participants and recording are automatically added to the lead events after a call.

Once a call is finished, you can set the Call Result in Kommo and add an extra comment before it is logged under the lead profile.
