All calls are automatically logged as Tickets in Help Scout, along with key details about the call and the name of the Aircall line used. Tags, call comments, and a link to the call recording are synced to Help Scout. No manual data entry required.

See caller details at a glance

Incoming calls in Aircall will link to customer profiles in Help Scout as soon as the phone rings. This way, representatives can see the caller’s name and customer details to have more informed conversations. If the caller does not yet have a record, a new customer profile will be created.

Sync mailbox

Admins can select the Help Scout mailbox where calls will be logged and which phone lines are synced in Help Scout.
